The Further Adventures Of…

A Talk Show About Bacon And Other Things Not Porcine.

Nov 9, 2009- Rob Bell Interview

Today The Further Adventures Of… cohost Brian Huther interviewed Christian speaker and author Rob Bell about his new book Drops Like Stars, his new tour, faith and other issues. The audio quality isn’t too great; due to technical difficulties we had to record the interview over the phone, so… sorry! But still, you can listen to it here while our bandwidth on the free hosting service lasts:

Holy crap, pictures!
So, the cast of The Further Adventures Of… both past and present (hosts Tank and Brian, and former co-host Richard, plus Intern Mallory) went to the Drops Like Stars tour, and we got our picture taken with Rob Bell! Aren’t we spiff. Lookee:

Animal Night: 2-3-2009

The first show post in ages! Sorry, folks, but I got really lazy and didn’t even do a show for most of my last semester. I promise to be better for a while. Also, as a matter of interest, the Reese Roper interview has now been listened to over 1100 times. So, yay for that and good luck to the guys.
Anyway, tonight I decided to go with a theme of “animals,” so every song title has to have an animal in it.

New Commercial

So, I made us a commercial. It’s pretty fly. Music by Immediate. Also, note the commercial mentions our new showtime for next year: 8-9pm rather than 11-Midnight, so more of you may actually be able to listen! Yay!

12-4-08: The Christmas Show

Yeah, it’s a little early, but due to the ending of the semester this was our last show of the year; hence I decided “why not follow the crowd and play Christmas music.” So, here it is: our Christmas show, last episode of the 2008 year. It’s been a good one, folks.

Also, if you’re hear for the Reese Roper interview, click here.

Playlist will be uploaded later when I feel like it.
